Greatly enjoyed the room with kitchen, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was rich, a wide range of reasonably priced food. The hotel was set in a very central area just next door to the best restaurants and bars, Rockafellas restaurant on the way there, and a popular nightclub.

We got great value for our money at Roots Apartment Hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, within walking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. The staff treated us with consistently positive, helpful, and polite service.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Fairly clean hotel in a beautiful building just next door to the markets and many restaurants around as well as Oxford Street in Osu. Decent location in center of OSU with views over town. Nearby The Catfish grill - great place to chill out.

The hotel is located in a very convenient and active part of town, just a block off of Oxford Road. It's close to the popular busy area of Osu, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The rooms on the top floor are modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities including a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast is served with a large view of the bustling city of Accra.

All was great, no improvements needed.

It has marvellous and decent location in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and there's free parking. Good service, the breakfast is varied and excellent.

This hotel is a hidden gem, perfectly situated right in the center of all the action but tucked away on a quiet street. Being close to the airport is a major plus, especially after a long flight. It's also conveniently located near all the major places to visit in the city. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, they go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with a kitchen that allowed me to prepare my meals and the adequate space provided made it feel like a home away from home. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the shower was top-notch. However, the highlight of my stay was the breakfast with its large view overlooking the vibrant city of Accra, it was a perfect way to start the day.

All was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.

I stayed at Roots for sightseeing and exploring and had a lovely time. The room and bathroom were nice and clean, with a phone provided. The internet worked well most of the time. The hotel is centrally located and staff were helpful and friendly. The self-contained apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with good wifi. The dining area on the 7th floor had beautiful views. The hotel is modern, tastefully decorated, and has a Ghanaian touch. The taxi men, Patrik and Rasta man, were very nice.

Our stay was quite comfortable thanks to the location. Ours was a quiet street yet right in the center quite close to the popular Oxford street and easily accessible to major places in the city. We also enjoyed the complimentary airport pick-up. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean. The kitchenette area with free phone calls was a plus.

The service at the restaurant was quite slow.

Our romantic escape was a blast! The room was very clean and spacious, the staff was helpful and friendly. The gym was good with free weights too, and location was ideal for exploring restaurants and bars with lots of options around. We enjoyed free airport pickup and the breakfast was also delicious.

The elevator was out of service for a while, and the stairs to the upper levels were a bit busy and noisy. The Wi-Fi was sometimes slow, but it was not a big deal for us.
